At Forever Flowering, we want you to love your botanical arrangements as much as we do. If your selection doesn't perfectly suit your home, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-custom products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our customer portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original protective packaging to ensure the delicate artificial petals and stems remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our floral specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
